*Keep environment as clean as possible!

Make sure everything is as little dust as possible, keep the material, the moulds, the tools, the welding equipment and the place surround the machine are all clean. If there is dirt or dust on the material, the electrode or the mould, it will be easy to cause sparking flashes, that ruin both material and machine's internal electrical components. If you keep things in order and clean, it saves both time and money, because stop times are reduced, NG product is reduced, eventually save your time and money and lead to your Jiuluo machines longer life.

*Check the earth electrode!

Ensure that the machine's earth electrode is intact and clean and has no cracks. This reduces the risk of operational disturbances in the form of flashover or burning. An uneven earth electrode can also result in a loss of power and thereby an inferior welding result. Carry out regular inspection of the earth electrode and replace the covering material when necessary.

*How to extending lifetime of your HF machines and its moulds?

The most expensive single parts in your machine is the electrical tube, we recommend the following practices to extend the life of your machine's electrical tube:

1. Warm up your machine about twenty minutes before starting the first weld of the day, in order to eliminate any humidity.

2. Clean the water-oil filters on a monthly basis for better cooling in cleanenvironments or once a week in poor air conditions.

3.Let your machine idle for fifteen minutes to cool down after a day's work before turning it off.
